Lighthouse is my second pattern for the luxurious Lakes Yarn and Fiber Silk Single Fingering, which I fell in love with during our Drops of Honey collaboration last year.
In Lighthouse, vertical eyelet bands dash dynamically like beams of light through the garter stitch body and towards the contrast color border, creating a sleek & simple lace shawl with a modern touch.
Lighthouse is worked top down starting from the neck with a garter tab cast on. Increases are made on both sides for a generous crescent shape wrap that sits steadily on the shoulders and is easy to tie around the neck in numerous ways.
