Knitted with DK weight yarn, Winter Berries works up quickly and keeps you warm no matter the weather.
Yarn
Three skeins of The Fibre Co. Lore (100% wool; 250 m / 273 yds per 100 g). Shown in colour Calm.
Or approximately 750 m / 819 yds of similar DK weight yarn.
Needles
Size 4.5 mm / US 7 circular needle. Or size that gives you pattern gauge.
This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using an 80-100 cm / 32-40 inch circular needle to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
Gauge
17 stitches and 33 rows = 10 cm / 4 inches in garter stitch, before blocking
