Autumn Woods is a large top-down triangle shawl with plenty of cosy texture.
The deeply textured ribbing looks different on both sides and is so enjoyable to knit you won’t want to put your needles down.
Strings of hearts run along the right side of the ribbing pattern, and the other side has vertical bands of small faux bobbles.
Stripes and a lace border in contrasting colour offer a dose of colour therapy. Have fun choosing your colours!

Walcot Yarns Opus (70% Falkland merino, 30% baby alpaca; 325 m / 355 yds per 100 g). Shown in colours Greenery (C1) and Grey (C2).
Or similar heavy fingering or sport weight yarn.

Needles
Size 4 mm / US 6 circular needle. Adjust needle size to obtain pattern gauge.
This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using an 80-100 cm / 32-40 inch circular needle to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
