Haave is a crescent one-skein shawl knitting pattern combining simplicity with minimal lace details. Two different styles of eyelet stripes add visual interest to the garter stitch body, and simple mesh lace decorates the border. But the best part? No purling!

Yarn
One skein of Malabrigo Yarn Sock (100% merino wool; 402 m / 440 yds per 100 g). Shown in colour Tiziano Red.
Or approximately 400 m / 437 yds of similar fingering weight yarn.
Needles
Size 4 mm / US 6 needles or size to achieve pattern gauge
This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using 80 – 100 cm / 32 – 40 inch circular needles to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
